Include in the Email: Name, Address, Phone & Type of grilled food being prepared
· Set up begins at
8am
· Food must be
ready to judge by noon
· No precooked food is allowed, all food must be cooked on site.
· All food must be stored in an ice chest until it is cooked.
· Supply your own grill and ingredients
· Fire extinguisher (mantory)
· Machens Toyota will supply: drinks, eating utensils, seating, cooking gloves, and other sanitary items.
· Prepare at least enough food for all 3 judges to eat, you may provide additional samples to customers if you desire.
